Recorded at Dungeness Community Studios in 2015, FarmStrong’s 2nd recording project goes beyond the bluegrass theme of the 1st album, into the music of The Cars, Ry Cooder, Kate Bush, Rodney Crowell, Delbert McClinton, and it also features some great originals, mostly by Jim Faddis (including the title track), though there is one by Cort Armstrong as well.

FarmStrong – “Live In Dungeness – The Summer Sessions”

The band’s debut CD was recorded live in front of an audience at Dungeness Community Studios, near Sequim, WA, on June 1st, 2013.  While the band was only months old, and drawing from a mostly bluegrass song palette, the chemistry of the band and its distinctive song arrangement style are already very apparent, as well as the range of songs the band draws upon.
